The Xtend+Climb® Home Series 770P+ is a versatile telescoping ladder designed with homeowners and do-it-yourselfers in mind. Standing at 12.5 feet and retracts down to 32 inches, the 770P+ is the tallest of the three Home Series models making it perfect for reaching those higher areas around the house. As part of the Home Series, the 770P+ is compact and easy to use but still has the strength, safety, and durability to tackle projects around the home. It extends and locks by the foot, so it’s only as tall as you need it. The double overmolded feet ensure traction. When you are done cleaning windows, clearing gutters or painting, this adjustable ladder goes right back into the smallest closet or corner of the garage and stays out of the way until you need it again.
In order to keep your ladder functioning properly, it is very important to keep the stiles clean and free from any paint or debris. To clean the ladder the factory recommends using furniture wipes or rubbing alcohol to clean the stiles and rungs (do NOT use a mineral or oil based cleaner).
This ladder is brand new and ships fully assembled in original factory box. This ladder comes with a 6 month manufacturers warranty. We have found that about 99% of all ladder problems turn up in the first 6 months of ownership, and the factory is VERY good about standing behind their products.
