The brand is a collaboration with Dessine L’Espoir (Design for Hope), an organization that provides funding for research and treatment of HIV/AIDS around the world. Albaz enlisted the help of women affected by the diseases in Swaziland to hand embroider fabric figurines who were then dressed in miniature Lanvin confections, providing the women with income and the promise of a healthier future.
