When weuse padding in your packaging, unless there is bubble wrap or other plasticpacking items that we have on hand to reuse, we use honeycomb paper. This isexcellent, recyclable, reusable or burnable (a little bit makes for a goodcampfire starter).

Condition:Itemsbeing sold are in the condition shown in the photographs - what you see is whatyou get. Please look carefully at the photos provided and, if you?re concernedwith the specific condition of a trade paperback, raw comic, hardcover, poster,etc. ask for more photos.

Raw Comics: We do our best to grade these asif we were sending them to CGC. We?re not professional graders. All sales onraw comics are final. See below for more details.

Graded comics are inebay?s ?BrandNew? condition, unless otherwise noted ? when these arrive, we inspect them,photograph them, add a BCW sleeve and put them away until they?re sold.These?re kept in and will ship in the plastic CGC sleeve ? the sleeve may bedamaged but your slab will be as shown in the photos.

Graphicnovels and other items may have stickers, stamps, remainder marks or othermarkings on the outside or inside covers (ex. ?From the collection of,??Discontinued from X Library?, Dewey Decimal stickers, etc.).

Shipping:

GradedComics:Graded comics ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx (ourchoice) with signature delivery confirmation ?the only way we can verify if theitem arrived at your address. We?re not liable for stolen items once delivered- mail theft happens to us, too. Graded comics may gain Newton rings in transit- we will not grant refunds for these. CGC says this is somewhat expected andit does not diminish the grade.

Graphicnovels:All items ship securely - sealed shut from water and mailedin a rigid envelope or Gemini-type mailer.We pack items securely to hedgeagainst the shippers or others throwing them around or putting heavy stuff ontop.

Rawcomics:Chances are, unless you?re buying a raw comic that?s marked?reader copy,? you care about things like spine tics, reader?s markers,scratches, dent, discoloration, blunt corners, etc. We do, too. We will packageyour raw comic(s) between multiple pieces of study cardboard and, wherenecessary or helpful, bubble wrap/honeycomb rap. We?ll try to make thesewatertight, too, and we won?t use excessive tape nor any tape that can?t be cutthrough by a very shallow utility knife cut.

Problems:Ifthere?s any problem, please contact us, and please do so beforeleaving negative feedback. We wish to make sales satisfactory to buyers.

We willwork with you if there?s a tracking problem with the shipper and ask that youdo what?s necessary on your end. Your local USPS will help track items by theGPS with the truck and tracking bar code scanner, something we can?t request onmy end, as far as we?ve seen. We cannot issue refunds for lost items unlessthey are returned to us. If we need to pay to re-accept the item, we willdeduct the original shipping price and any eBay fees from the refund. If youstill wish to have the item, please arrange/pay for the new shipping by sendingus a label by eBay messages (.jpg/.jpeg only ? Print Screen and crop a PDF), bylink or by PayPal. Do let me know and provide photographic evidence if youritem is considerably damaged. We?re not liable for damage caused by theshippers but if an item was insured, we can file a claim.

RAWCOMICS: Comics grading is not supposed to be subjective.Thestandards CGC, CBSC, PGX and others use are according to their publishedcriteria (eachuses their own, but pretty common among them), and we tryto identify any defects on raw copies through the photographs and/or in thedescription.Disclaimer: We?re not perfect in doing so, norare we certified graders and any notation of a grade or condition on a rawcomic or other item, with the exception of actual third-party graded items, isonly our best estimation. No refunds will be granted for not receiving, forexample, a 9.8 NM+/M/GEM raw comic ? we do not guarantee any raw comic is anygrade. All items? photographs are retained to identify any defects present whenthe item was shipped. Some defects may not be shown. These include spine tics,indentations, blunted corners, small creases or folds (crease for us = bentback 100%, fold = bent but doesnt break color and is possibly fixable throughpressing), scratches. grime, foxing, yellow, off-white or other-color pages,loose or even tarnished/rusty staples, markings and more. Items will have allpages included and, except where notated, all will be stapled as originallystapled. We do not restore books, so you will find no restoration on our part (restorationmay have been done by a previous owner).But please know ? we?recollectors, too, so we?re not trying to pull a fast one over you. All rawcomics sales are final ? there are no returns nor exchanges.
