Ice Crystal is in good played-with condition. He has some subtle scuffing/wear on points such as edges of ears, heels of rear hooves, and non-display side rear, and that surface wear has some staining from dirt being rubbed in during play. The display side eye has a scuff in the black (really a dark gray) part of the eye, revealing the ocean blue eye paint underneath. There is a faint stain or mark under his chin. There is a small bright pink stain on one rear leg. The non-display side symbol is smeared and will need to be repainted to some extent if you want to restore it to a factory appearance. Hair is dry throughout, especially toward ends, but doesnt feel too crunchy or textured compared to other similarly aged pony manes and tails. No tail rust visible, but there is some dirt or dust along the hairline of the mane and tail.
